What is Jaipuriya?
Jaipuriya is an Indian apparel brand, based out of Jaipur. We print and design our own apparel.

Can I call Jaipuriya?

Do you have physical stores?
We primarily sell online via our website Jaipuriya.com. We have a small studio outlet at Jaipur which can be visited by setting up an appointment visa WhatsApp +91 6376626120. 

How to order?
There are two ways to order with us

How do I know my order has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, you shall automatically receive an order confirmation email. If you cannot see the mail, it may have directly gone to your spam folder due to your email preferences.
In case you do not find it in any SPAM or PROMOTIONS folders, please email us with your customer name, registered email address, registered phone number and payment screenshot (if payment has been made). We will resend the order confirmation email to you.

Can I return or exchange a product I have purchased?
In case the size does not work, we offer an exchange in the product in the same size. In case the product is not available , we offer store credit vouchers. We do not do offer cash refunds. 

How do I exchange a product?
Kindly follow the instructions as provided in our Exchange Policy

What is the quality of the cotton used at Jaipuriya?
Most of our apparel is crafted using the highest quality 60*60/92*88 super dyeing cambric cotton with 70 GSM count. 
Some pants are made using a thicker textured cotton flex. Some outfits use rayon (viscose). The fabric used is mentioned in the description under each product. 

How do I work out my size?
Each product has a size chart on the product page. The measurements on the size chart are ready garment measurements.
To work out your size, add one or two inches to your exact body measurements, depending on the fit you like. We order sizes from S to 10XL. Bigger or smaller sizes can be made to order. Here is a guide on how to measure yourself so you can work out your Jaipuriya size ➡️ SIZE HELP 

How can I pay?
For Indian deliveries- We accept all modes of payment: Online payment via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI payment, direct bank transfer and Payment on Delivery
 
For overseas deliveries- The orders need to be pre-paid. We accept overseas credit card payments.

Do I pay any shipping charges?
Shipping is free for orders across India.

For overseas deliveries, shipping is chargeable based on the weight of the products. You can order online and the site works out the shipping charges for you based on the weight of the products in your order. 
We are charged by our delivery partner to ship your order to you and we charge you the amount we are being charged. We do not make any money on the shipping charges. 

How long does it take for my order to reach me?
We take 1-2 days to ship your order. And another 2 to 6 days for the courier to reach you depending on your location. Weekends and national holidays are non working days. 

The approximate time for delivery is 4-7 working days from the date we have a confirmed order along with size confirmation.

How will I know that my order has been shipped?
We share shipment tracking details via email when we ship your order.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Jaipuriya does not offer products at wholesale pricing. Nor do we work with re-sellers.

Customizations are applicable to paid orders only and are chargeable by Rs 500 or above depending on the customization
